What automation changes at your site
- Automatic washing
- The machine runs the selected wash programme.
- The customer stays in the car
- The wash takes place around the car. The driver stays inside, with no equipment to operate.
- Configured for the site
- We select the model, equipment and installation layout to suit your bay dimensions and the programmes you want to offer.
Plan for routine checks, cleaning, product refills and preventive maintenance at the site. Include ongoing water and electricity costs in your budget.
Planning your investment in an automatic car wash
From site survey to a working car wash
- Site survey and model selection
- We survey the site and check the dimensions, power supply, water supply and drainage. We then select a suitable configuration.
- Site preparation
- You and your designer prepare the bay and utility connections to the agreed design.
- Installation
- Washbot assembles the machine, connects it to power, water and drainage, and sets it up.
- Commissioning and training
- We commission the machine, set up the programmes and train your staff to use it.
- Service
- Washbot provides servicing, preventive maintenance and spare parts after commissioning.
Installation and commissioning take 1–3 weeks after the site is prepared.
