What we collect

To send an enquiry, enter your name, phone number and email address. The company, city, site type, wash bay dimensions and message fields are optional.

We also record technical information about the source of your enquiry: the address and language of the page you sent it from, and the model if you opened the form on a model page. If you arrived through an advert or referral link, we record any campaign parameters in the address.

Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.

What we use it for

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, identify a suitable model and prepare a quote. We do not use it for marketing messages without your separate consent, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

The legal basis for processing form data is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We process technical information on the basis of our legitimate interest in identifying the source of enquiries and keeping the system secure.

Who has access

Washbot staff who handle enquiries have access to the data. We store it in the company's system with a hosting provider that acts as a data processor under contract.

We do not pass form data to advertising platforms and do not use it to build audiences.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to stay in touch with you and prepare a quote, and for the period during which a dispute about pre-contractual dealings could arise. We then delete or anonymise them.

If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

  • Access to the data we process about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of data when there is no basis for retaining it.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Portability of the data you provided.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodging a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

To exercise these rights, call +359 888 080 033. We respond within the time limits set by law.

Cookies and technical logs

The site does not load third-party advertising or analytics tools. The cookie policy explains which technical cookies we use and why.

The server keeps technical access logs containing a network address, the time of the request and the requested URL. We use these logs for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to track visitors.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the tools we use or the way we process personal data changes.
